In general situations, items (or coins) will be given to your account within seconds.
However, depending on the network situation/device issue, a delay may occur or a case of not receiving may occur.
Therefore, if you haven't received the in-app item, please try it as below.
1) Restart the app.
When you exit the app and rerun it, the server is supposed to retrieve the item information you paid for as soon as you enter the lobby.
Therefore, in most cases, items are normally paid just by re-running the app.
2) Most items are still located in your inbox.
It depends on the type of item, but sometimes it is added directly to your coin, and sometimes the item you paid for remains in the inbox.
Therefore, if you don't see the item after payment, please check the inbox first.
3) If you have not taken the item for a long time...
If you don't take the items in your Inbox for a long time, they expire and disappear.
All items have an expiration date, so they usually take them right after payment, but if they don't, they may disappear, so please take them.

▶ In this case, the Document number is a receipt number.
