When you make a purchase in the App Store, they send the receipt number to your email.

In general, you can get items by Inbox shortly after the purchase, but depending on network issues and settings, there are cases where they may not be given out properly.

Therefore, if you have not received it, it is strongly recommended to restart the app after closing completely.

However, if you received an email but did not receive an in-app item, please do the following.

- Payment history within the app store

- Payment Date & Time

- Items and amounts purchased

Please note:

When you make purchases several times in a short period, Apple sometimes sends emails in bundles at once.

In this case, the total price amount of the items you recently purhcased is displayed.
