Q. I lost my account, how do I recover?

If you forget (or lost) access to your account, please try as follows:  


1) Guest Player 

** If your account is a Guest status, it means it is not connected to Facebook yet.

- Current Nickname:

- Registered email:

- Screenshot of Google Play/App Store Invoice:

◎ You may find your User ID by tapping the Gear icon on the upper right-hand corner of the screen > then tap "Settings"


◎ If you are Android user
Send email with the ORDER numbers of the last one or two purchased items : This is so far the best option that we can help quickly, so please give us order number based on your platform.  

"GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX" (GPA.4-4-4-5)  



◎ If you are iOS users :: Give us your Apple ID 

To find your App Store invoice, you may refer to the following instructions below to see your purchase history:


1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.

3. A list of your recent purchases appears. Tap your most recent purchase.

4. Screenshot your latest purchase in the House of Blackjack, House of Poker, or House of Slots.
