Q. How can I transfer my account to a new device?

Do you need to play on the NEW device?

Don't worry!


1) Guest Player

▶ Before using a new device, you must link your Facebook/Google account in House of Slots on your existing device.

▶ It may take some time for the data to be transferred completely, so if the data is not transferred after a few hours, contact Customer Support.

▶ After the Facebook account linkage on the existing device is completed, you can play by touching the "Log in with Facebook" button on the new device.

▶ Guest accounts are device-specific and disposable, intended for one-time use. They will be lost when you switch devices. Therefore, if you wish to access your account on different devices, membership linking is required.


2) Facebook/Google Log-in Player

▶ Since the account has already been linked to Facebook/Google, account information is automatically loaded when you log in from a new device.

▶ If you want to log in with an another account, you have to log in with a new ID in the Facebook/Google app.
