Q. I lost my account, how do I recover?

If you forget (or lost) access to your account, please try as follows:


1) Guest Player

▶ Please contact us with your ID number: If you do not know ID number, please check this category! (ID number)


▶ Reply to us with the ORDER numbers of the last one or two purchased items : This is so far the best option that we can help quickly, so please give us order number based on your platform.


- For Android users :: The order number should be "GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX" (GPA.4-4-4-5)



- For iOS users :: Give us your Apple ID (or order number listed ONLY in "numbers".)


** If your account is a Guest status, it means it is not connected to Facebook yet.



2) Facebook Player

▶ If you already linked the account to Facebook, your account will automatically be recovered when you log in. 

However, it loads the original status of your Facebook account.
