The pop-up message that shows your account was suspended due to suspicious activity is due to the system has detected an unauthorized refund in the account.

For proper processing of request for a refund, please contact the customer support directly.

1. Tap the (?) Support Center button to start inquiring. You will be brought to the ticket page where you need to fill in the information.

2. Once you have filled in the information, you can submit all the necessary information such as your in-game nickname, email address, title of your inquiry, and description of the situation. If possible, it is also recommended to attach the most recent purchase invoice for investigation and processing.

3. After submitting an inquiry, please wait for a response within 24 hours.
