Q. I lost connection to the game!

“Connection Lost” problems have occurred with the exchange of data between your computer and the game server. In most cases, this message is caused by a network hardware malfunction or misconfiguration.


1) Please check your connection (Wi-fi or Data mode)

If the Internet connection environment changes suddenly, the game can be cut off,  it is recommended to play in data mode when you are outdoor.


2) Lagging issue

Leaving other apps in the session without shutting down completely can cause memory overload.

Therefore, it is recommended to force shut down other running applications to avoid delay or lagging issue.


3) Delete Cache Data

Most of the game recommended to delete all cache data associated with the House of Slots application.


Note: NEVER "Clear App Data" it will delete your game information! (This is ONLY available with Android devices.)
