Q. I purchased items, but did not receive them!

1) Restart the app.

In most cases, when you exit and rerun the app, the server will sync the item information you paid for with the server as soon as you enter the lobby.


2) Most items are located in your inbox.

It depends on the type of items you purchase, Sometimes coin/chip purchases are directly added to your total coin/chip pool, and sometimes the item goes directly to your inbox. If you don't see the item after purchase, please check the inbox first.


3) Items Expire.

If you don't claim the items in your Inbox and they remain there for a long time, they expire and disappear.

All items have an expiration date, so we highly suggest claiming your items as soon as you purchase them.
