Q. I lost my Connection to the game!

If there are problems directly related to play such as disconnection, app crash, or logging during game play, please try the following way.


1) Please check your connection on Date (or Wi-fi mode)

When you play the app while on the go, Wi-Fi is suddenly cut off, and then the signal is caught again, or data mode information is temporarily not available.

If the Internet connection environment changes suddenly, the game can be cut off, so if you are outside, it is recommended to play in data mode.


2) Lagging issue

Leaving other apps in the session without shutting down completely can cause memory overload.

Therefore, it is recommended to force shut down other apps because the device may slow down and performance may decrease.


3) Delete Cache Data

It is recommended to delete all cache data associated with the House of Slots app.

Because it is dummy data, it is a way to try if the app has slowed significantly.
